Position Overview As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between clients, travel suppliers, and the operations team. You’ll manage itineraries, confirm bookings, and ensure every travel detail runs smoothly — all while delivering top-notch service. This is a great role for someone who loves planning, organization, and bringing order to the excitement of travel. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. Support Travel Consultants and Advisors with itinerary preparation and booking logistics. Communicate with suppliers, tour operators, and clients to ensure timely confirmations. Track payments, invoices, and travel documentation. Update clients with travel details, schedules, and special instructions. Manage last-minute changes or disruptions with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the CRM system. Assist in creating promotional materials or package updates when needed. Qualifications Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. Comfortable working in a remote team environment. Proficiency with travel booking systems or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools (a plus).
