Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a school-based assignment in Thornton, Colorado. This role supports elementary-aged students across multiple school sites, providing therapy services and assisting in treatment plan implementation within a collaborative educational environment. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for COTAs with school-based or pediatric experience who are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple campuses and interdisciplinary teams. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 5-week contract • Day shift 5x8s (07:00–15:30) • Flexible hours up to 40/week (part-time options available) • Coverage across 4 schools (3 schools 1 day/week, 1 school 2 days/week) • Elementary student population • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
