Functional Description - · This is a Travel Back-Office support role for Lodging Rate Audits for online & offline selling channels · The candidate is required to work on GDS, review PNRs, compare booking rates etc. · Should have sound knowledge of GDS – Sabre and should be able read/articulate the booking level details · Should possess travel knowledge especially Lodging · Candidate will be required to action PNRs/Cases and ensure timeliness & accuracy of tasks assigned · Candidate should be result oriented and should be able to resolve queries from market/stakeholders · Should be a self-starter & quick learner with ability to multi-task · The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guideline, policies related to the business area he/she will be part of · Should be able to maintain excellent quality along with high productivity Qualification – 1-3 Years of experience in travel industry is preferred or should have good knowledge of travel industry operations especially Lodging Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail is must and experience with handling quality tasks will be preferred Ability to review large volumes of data and document findings Strong will to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Should not be on any form of counseling or action plan Player with positive attitude and flexibility. Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal supervision Basic PPT preparation skills. (Preferred) A self-motivated team player Intermediate Excel skills, preferred requirement Familiarity with Data Reporting capabilities.
