Description Start Date:10/15/2025 Job Duration:13 weeks Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) We are a high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) specializing in complex open-heart and vascular procedures. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where clinical excellence and collaboration are key. We’re seeking experienced professionals who are confident and current in both heart and vascular surgery to join our team. We currently run four rooms daily and are expanding to maintain all four rooms until 1700, ensuring we meet the growing needs of our patients. We are traveler-friendly and offer flexible scheduling whenever possible to support work-life balance and continuity of care. Professional Knowledge and Skills Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair Atherectomy Carotid Endarterectomy Endovascular Aneurysm Repair Femoral popliteal bypass graft TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) Vein stripping Aseptic Technique Sterilization/Disinfection Cardiovascular Atrial Septal defect repair Cardiomyoplasty Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR) Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery Mitral valve replacement Pericardial window Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Robotics Cardiothoracic robotic surgery Work Settings Community hospital CVOR Pedi CVOR Teaching Hospital Requirements 1+ years of experience Valid OK or Compact RN license (required at time of application) Must have cardaic scrub experience within the past year / CVOR experience 1st time travelers accepted NBSTSA required (will not accept NCCT) Call is required and averages about 10 days per month and that includes weekends.
