What it takes to become a Travel Director of Nursing (DON) with Care Initiatives: Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate. Current, valid CPR Certification. Must possess more than a year of proven DON experience within a Skilled Nursing (SNF) environment. Ability to travel throughout Iowa.
