Apex Leadership Co. partners with schools to build leaders while raising money through fitness-based fundraisers like Fun Runs and Color Runs. Our programs combine character lessons, fitness, and fun to make a lasting impact on students, teachers, and communities.
Join our team and bring your energy and enthusiasm to elementary and middle schools in Southeastern Pennsylvania!

REQUIREMENTS

• Outgoing, energetic personality — you’re comfortable speaking to groups of kids and getting them excited.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled school hours (usually Monday–Friday during the school day).
• Loves fitness, coaching, teaching, or working with kids.
• Background in education, sports, youth programs, or performing arts is a plus, but not required.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

• Visit schools daily with our Apex team to energize students and run fundraising programs.
• Deliver classroom leadership lessons (confidence, teamwork, self-discipline, empathy).
• Hype up kids and keep events fun, safe, and engaging.
• Assist with setup, operations, and cleanup of school events.
• Travel with the Apex crew — primarily local schools, but some overnight out-of-town travel is required (hotel + per diem covered).
