Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing tailored travel solutions, booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, while delivering excellent customer service to both individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel systems, destinations, and visa procedures within the UAE and internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant, Ticketing Agent, or similar role in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations, airlines, and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Plan, organize, and book travel packages, flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, attractions, weather, culture, and requirements.
  • Handle UAE and international visa processes, travel insurance, and documentation.
  • Use GDS/CRS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) for reservations and ticketing.
  • Manage corporate travel accounts and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and special promotions.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, payment collection, and record-keeping.
