Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Medford, Oregon. This role supports a home health program delivering one-on-one patient care focused on improving independence, functional mobility, and activities of daily living in the home setting. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for Occupational Therapists with strong home health experience who are confident working independently, managing productivity expectations, and completing OASIS documentation accurately. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 5x8s (08:00–16:30) • 1:1 patient visits :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • Up to 6 visits per day (30 productivity points) • No weekends required • No call required • Local candidates accepted at same rate • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
