Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Medford, Oregon. This role supports a home health program delivering one-on-one patient care across a defined territory, focusing on rehabilitation, mobility, and independence in the home setting. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for experienced Home Health PTs who are confident working independently, managing their own caseload, and completing OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 5x8s (08:00–16:30) • 1:1 patient visits :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • Up to 6 visits per day (30 productivity points) • No weekends required • No call required • Local candidates accepted at same rate • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
