JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Possess a valid Insurance license in accident and sickness insurance or life insurance. (LLQP)
  • English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from prospects and clients.
  • Assist and advise clients in analyzing their travel insurance needs.
  • Provide precise and useful information to clients.
  • Offer and sell products tailored to their needs to contribute to the company’s sales growth.
