Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role supports a high-volume IR department performing both neuro/stroke interventions and complex body procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for IR Techs with strong neuro and stroke experience who are confident scrubbing and assisting in high-acuity procedures across a broad range of vascular and interventional cases. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 4x10s (07:30–18:00, staggered start times) • Daily caseload: 13–17 procedures :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • On-call required (weekday + weekend rotation) • No float required • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Scrub and assist in neuro and stroke IR procedures including thrombectomy and embolization • Support vascular and body IR procedures including angioplasty, stenting, biopsies, and drain placements • Maintain sterile field and procedural workflow • Assist with contrast administration and patient monitoring • Operate Siemens and Phillips imaging equipment • Perform venous access and assist with central line procedures • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Document procedures in PACS and Epic systems WORK ENVIRONMENT • Interventional Radiology department • High-acuity neuro and body IR cases • Acute care hospital setting • Siemens and Phillips imaging systems • Scrubs provided Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
