Description

- Management and support of international transformation and change projects in the area of mobility services

- Creation and maintenance of project plans

- Management of RAID logs as well as tracking of measures and decisions

- Preparation of status reports and management reports

- Preparation of steering committees and management presentations

- Coordination with international stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Treasury)

- Collaboration with travel agencies (TMCs), payment service providers and implementation partners

- Support of international rollouts, migrations and transitions

- Ensuring governance, transparency and project progress

Your qualifications:

- Sound experience in business travel management or mobility services

- Sound knowledge of the corporate travel environment

- Essential experience with corporate credit card or corporate card programs

- Experience Experience with travel payment solutions

- Knowledge of Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and online booking tools

- Experience in international transformation or change projects

- Strong stakeholder management skills in global organizations

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Fluent English
