Key Highlights - Weekly pay range: $1,889–$2,012 per week - Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week - Contract duration: Weeks - Shift: Evening and/or overnight - Start date: 08/04/2026 - Setting: Long-Term Care; fast credentialing available Responsibilities - Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy. - Monitor patient condition, document vitals, intake/output, and report changes to the supervising nurse. - Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and meal support. - Perform routine nursing procedures and wound care within scope of practice; monitor for safety and comfort. - Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care. - Ensure infection control practices and patient safety at all times. Requirements - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. - Willingness to travel and work in an assigned location. - Availability for evening and/or overnight shifts. - Strong patient care, observation, and documentation skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience in or comfortable with long-term care settings.
