Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment at a long-term care facility in Seward, Alaska. This role supports a skilled nursing and LTC patient population with a focus on chronic care, cognitive conditions, and rehabilitation support. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for LPNs experienced in long-term care environments who are comfortable managing higher patient ratios while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13 or 26-week contract (traveler choice) • Day or Night shift available • 4x12-hour shifts • Days: 07:00–19:30 • Nights: 19:00–07:30 • Floating required within facility • No call required COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
