• You will take responsibility for our travel management and develop comprehensive solutions for modern and responsible business travel management. You will also provide support in day-to-day operations.
• At the same time, you critically examine our existing structures, processes, and guidelines and continuously develop them further. Through clear and targeted communication, you ensure that our business travelers are always well-informed.
• The safety of our employees is a top priority for us. Together with our travel security service provider, you will develop modern standards and play a key role in ensuring that we fulfill our responsibility and duty of care as an employer.
• You will work closely with our external service providers, optimize our existing travel tools, negotiate framework agreements, and identify potential cost savings. Through insightful reporting, you will ensure transparent key performance indicators in travel management.
• In the long term, you will support the further development of overarching mobility topics and actively contribute to selected projects, e.g., in fleet management.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in travel management, travel risk management, mobility management or a comparable environment has given you a strong understanding of strategic contexts, governance and international processes.
• You feel particularly comfortable in roles that focus not on mere execution, but on questioning existing structures, developing new concepts, and holistically managing complex issues.
• You are familiar with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense systems, and you also possess the necessary process and system affinity to not only identify optimizations but also implement them sustainably.
• Strong communication skills, confidence in stakeholder management, and a good sense for different interests will help you to collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Compliance, and external partners on an equal footing.
