Excited to work alongside a team of ultra-high-performance, founder-type operators? Our core team of 20 is seeking a full-time Travel Manager to join Aurora’s Member Experience Team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our founding travel team and our proprietary AI operating system, Astra, to shape and elevate Aurora’s global member experience - with a primary focus on delivering exceptional, high-touch travel for our members. What you’ll do Deliver high-touch travel execution for a global, ultra-high-performance membership base Own functions across travel, lifestyle, product, and operations - building rare, compounding career capital based around travel Develop and manage partnerships with top-tier industry operators and insider contacts Participate in a minimum of two high-budget FAM trips, deepening on-the-ground knowledge and expanding Aurora’s global network This role reports directly to Aurora’s Co-Founder & COO and has clear potential to grow rapidly into a leadership position spanning Travel, Member Experience, Business Operations, and Growth.
