• Representative and contact person for questions regarding all services booked through TUI Cruises
• Highest authority for complaint management on board; complaint handling
• Responsible for the organization and execution of passenger changeover days in cooperation with all ship-side and land-side specialist departments of sea chefs and TUI Cruises.
• Responsibility and decision-making authority for all work and service processes in the area of ​​on-board tour management
• Sales, consulting, reservation and booking of new trips with associated advertising measures
• Development, refinement and implementation of new strategies and sales-promoting measures
• Care for fellow travelers and surviving relatives, as well as organizational support in medical emergencies
• Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible

Your course & your talents

You bring the following with you on board:

• Leadership qualities and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate employees.
• Completed vocational training/studies with a focus on tourism
• Several years of professional experience in tourism
• Experience at sea in a comparable position is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills
• High stress resistance and willingness to provide services to guests and crew members
• Experience in complaint management and in tourist guest services/customer service 
• Assignments on board cruise ships are advantageous
• Excellent manners and a friendly, confident demeanor
• Good computer skills (MS Office, experience with reservation systems e.g. TOMA / Amadeus) are an advantage.
