Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Augusta, Georgia. This role supports a high-functioning Med-Surg / Remote Telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients across a wide range of medical and post-operative conditions. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for Med-Surg RNs who are comfortable managing moderate patient loads, working with telemetry, and providing comprehensive care across diverse diagnoses including post-op recovery and chronic conditions. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 14-week contract • Day shift 3x12s (07:00–19:00) • Patient ratio 1:5–6 • 33-bed unit with average census of 28 :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • Weekend requirement: every other weekend • Floating required within facility • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
