This role supports a high-acuity medical ICU specializing in oncology patients requiring advanced critical care interventions. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for experienced ICU nurses who are confident managing ventilated patients, complex medication regimens, and multi-system organ failure in a fast-paced environment. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide care for critically ill ICU patients • Manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and HFNC • Titrate vasoactive drips and sedation medications • Perform arterial line and central line management • Monitor and interpret ABGs and cardiac rhythms • Support CRRT and complex critical care therapies • Document all care in Epic EMR system WORK ENVIRONMENT • Acute care hospital setting • Medical ICU with oncology focus • High-acuity patient population • Advanced equipment including CRRT and invasive monitoring Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
