Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter with at least 2 years of agency recruiting experience and a proven track record of managing multiple VMS (Vendor Management System) orders simultaneously. This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States only.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing top healthcare professionals across a variety of specialties and locations. You’ll work closely with our account managers and leadership team to ensure high fill rates, rapid response times, and excellent client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Allied Health, etc.) through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative methods
  • Manage and prioritize high-volume VMS job orders from multiple clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure quick turnaround on urgent needs
  • Conduct candidate screening, credentialing, and interview coordination
  • Negotiate pay rates and assignment details with candidates
  • Track and manage candidate activity in ATS and VMS platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing at an agency
  • Demonstrated success working on multiple VMS orders at once
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Vivian, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, VMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.
