ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current registration and in good standing with Nova Scotia College of Nurses (NSCN)
  • At least three years of nursing experience in Canada, residing in Canada and legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Clear Criminal Background Check & Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire (less than 1 year old)
  • Current & Valid CPR & First Aid Certification (BLS)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required
Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient requirements.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care.
  • Monitor and assess patient responses, adjusting care as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on health management and self-care.
  • Function seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Salary:
LPN: $65.00 hourly RN: $85.00 hourly Specialty RN: $90.00 - $100.00 hourly

Job Types: This is a term contract position with full-time hours with contract-length variations from 1 to 6 months.
