Description Skilled Nursing Facility | Fast-Paced | High-Impact Role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is looking for a sharp, organized, and highly responsive Travel Nursing Specialist to help support nursing coverage, coordinate staffing needs, and strengthen continuity of care in a skilled nursing environment. This is not a routine floor role. This position is built for someone who understands nursing operations, can move quickly, solve problems, and help keep the building clinically supported when staffing needs shift. We need someone who can step into that gap—helping coordinate nursing support, maintain workflow, and bring consistency to the team.
