POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Traveling Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations at various client sites, supporting start-ups, transitions, and ongoing performance. This hands-on role requires a flexible leader who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships with on-site teams, and ensure operational standards are consistently met — no matter the location.
  • Home Base: Greater Charleston Area (SC)
  • Salary Position: $50,000-$60,000 + Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (including overnight stays)
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, staffing, or a similar field
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
