Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,879-$1,949 per week - Start date: 05/11/2026 - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts - Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring ER-level assessment and acute symptom management within a home-based hospice setting, including initial assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring. - Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; manage infusion devices as applicable; document administration in the designated system. - Document patient care in Cerner and ensure medication dispensing is performed via Omnicell; maintain accurate MARs and progress notes. - Collaborate with the care team, including on-call intensivists and hospitalists as appropriate; communicate patient status and care plans to patients, families, and caregivers. - Ensure patient safety and comfort with pain and symptom management, education on care plans, safety at home, and discharge planning as appropriate. - Maintain compliance with infection control, privacy regulations, and organizational policies while delivering care in a travel assignment.
