Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,881-$1,975 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights (3x12) - Start date: 05/11/2026 - Facility/work setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice Responsibilities - Provide emergency nursing care in a high-acuity environment, including patient triage, initial assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring. - Administer medications and manage IV therapy, following orders and safety protocols; utilize the Omnicell system for medication administration. - Document patient care encounters in the Cerner electronic health record; ensure accurate and timely updates to plans of care. - Collaborate with physicians, hospitalists, intensivists (where applicable), and the care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. - Monitor patient status, identify deteriorating conditions, and initiate escalation or rapid response as needed; participate in shift handoffs and care coordination. - Support ancillary services (phlebotomy, pharmacy, unit secretary) as required to maintain efficient ED operations.
