Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,662–$1,736 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 hours per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts - Start date: 07/06/2026 - Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice Responsibilities - Perform triage and initial assessment of ER patients and determine priority of care. - Administer medications and provide emergency interventions as ordered, monitoring patient response. - Monitor vital signs, trajectories, and overall patient status; escalate changes in condition promptly. - Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record and ensure standards of documentation and patient safety are met. Requirements - Active Registered Nurse license in California (state of practice). - BLS (American Heart Association) certification required; ACLS certification required. - Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) training or certification required. - BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment and participate in a 3x12-hour shift schedule for a travel assignment. - Prior ER or acute care experience is preferred, with the ability to adapt to a home healthcare - hospice setting as assigned.
