Description
Imagine stepping into a compassionate role as a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care, where every shift is an opportunity to enrich the lives of residents and support their families. In Livingston, Montana, you’ll join a tight-knit team that values empathy as much as expertise, delivering person-centered care in a setting that honors dignity, independence, and comfort. This is your chance to apply clinical excellence to daily routines, care planning, and meaningful interactions that leave a lasting impact. Beyond the patient rooms, Montana's sweeping skies, rugged backdrops, and small-town charm invite you to explore outdoor adventures, cultural events, and a welcoming community after a rewarding day at work. Whether you’re drawn to quiet mornings on a Montana hillside or quick weekend getaways to nearby national parks, Livingston offers balance, belonging, and a landscape that recharges your commitment to care. Operating across locations in the state and, when opportunities arise, across the United States, this role emphasizes variety and growth while keeping the consistency of a supportive employer. The Montana setting provides a steady, family-friendly environment with access to high-quality resources, local clinics, and community partners who share a mission to improve elder care. For those who value the chance to broaden their horizons, our program also offers the potential for assignments at partner facilities nationwide, allowing you to broaden your clinical perspectives, adapt your approaches, and build a versatile portfolio of LTC expertise. You will gain the best of both worlds: the stability of a defined contract with the potential to venture into new facilities and regions as your career evolves. In this LTC RN role, you will lead and participate in comprehensive resident care with a focus on safety, comfort, and independence. Your daily responsibilities include assessing residents’ conditions, updating care plans, administering medications, overseeing IV therapies, wound care, and disease management, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure coherent, person-centered strategies. You’ll mentor CNAs and other support staff, promoting best practices in infection control, fall prevention, pain management, and rehabilitation-based activities. The position supports professional growth through structured onboarding, ongoing clinical education, and leadership opportunities within a supportive team framework. The compensation package reflects competitive standards, with weekly pay ranging from $1,615 to $1,707 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week, starting on 01/19/2026 for a contract spanning several weeks. We also offer a sign-on bonus where applicable, housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary lodging, and clear extension opportunities that allow you to continue contributing your expertise as you decide how long to stay with the program. From day one, you will have access to our 24/7 traveler support team, ensuring you always have a trusted point of contact for scheduling, credentialing, or any on-the-road needs, no matter the hour. Our company is grounded in values that empower staff to grow, learn, and lead. We are dedicated to creating a career path that reflects your talents, from clinical excellence to mentorship and leadership development. We foster a respectful, inclusive environment where differences are valued and collaboration is routine, so you can focus on caring for residents with confidence and pride. By providing resources, training, and a culture of recognition, we aim to help you flourish professionally while maintaining work-life balance, especially during transitions between facilities or assignments. The emphasis is on your success as a caregiver and as a professional, with a community that celebrates your contributions and supports your ongoing ambitions. If you’re ready to take the next step in your nursing career and join a team that prioritizes your impact, growth, and wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.
