Overview Registered Nurse – Med-Surg/Telemetry (MS/Tele) | Massena, NY | Travel - Temporary Assignment This travel RN role is a Med-Surg/Telemetry assignment in a 25-bed MS/Tele unit within a Critical Access Hospital. Start date is 07/13/2026 with a multi-week duration. Shifts are days, 12 hours each (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) totaling a 4x12-hour schedule. Weekly pay ranges from $2,404 to $2,495. The assignment requires travel experience and includes floating to other units as needed. Pre-approved time off is allowed for one shift, and orientation is 12 hours.
