Description Mustang Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is actively recruiting experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for a 13-week travel assignment at a respected acute-care facility in Tyler, Texas. This opportunity offers competitive weekly compensation, bonuses, and the chance to work in a high-acuity surgical environment. Position Details: Location: Tyler, TX Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Job Type: Travel / Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts Available: Day Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM EMR: Epic Compensation Package: Total Weekly Pay: $2,308.00 Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,246.00 Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,062.00 Regular Hourly Rate: $29.50 Overtime Rate: $44.25 Initial Week Bonus: $250 Final Week Bonus: $250 Requirements Active RN license (TX or compact) Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience BLS required; ACLS and CNOR preferred On-call participation required as needed Willingness to float within scope if necessary Weekend availability required First-time travelers accepted All time-off requests must be submitted with application Facility Highlights: High-acuity surgical cases Broad case mix Modern OR suites Epic EMR system Mustang Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
