Description Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Orthopedics for a night-shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a 13-week travel assignment for an Orthopedic / Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse on night shift. Schedule: • 4x12-hour nights • Shift hours: 18:45–07:15 • 36- or 48-hour options available Unit Details: • Adult orthopedic and medical-surgical population • Post-op orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements • Patient ratios: 1:5 (days, nights, weekends) • 10-bed unit | Average daily census: 10 Clinical Responsibilities: • Medication administration (including insulin, heparin, PCA) • IV therapy and blood product administration • Management of surgical drains • Respiratory support • Participation in rapid response and emergency situations Compensation $2,390/week for 48 hours W2 Rate: $22/hr W2 OT Rate: $33/hr Total Stipend: $1,246/week Additional Details: • Epic charting system • Prior travel experience not required • 100-mile radius rule applies Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year orthopedic or medical-surgical nursing experience BLS (required) NIHSS (required) ACLS (preferred) Epic charting experience (preferred) Must meet 100-mile radius requirement Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
