Description ABOUT HEARTLINE STAFFING Heartline Staffing LLC is a nurse-founded healthcare recruiting firm operating as a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Registered Nurse for a 12-week travel assignment in Augusta, Georgia. This is a high-acuity resource float pool role covering ICU, PCU, MS/Tele, and Neuro ICU environments as needed. Primary float responsibility is ICU-level care. • ICU Ratio: 1:2–3 • PCU Ratio: 1:4–5 • MS/Tele Ratio: 1:5–6 • Floating required • First-time travelers accepted • Option for 36 or 48 hours guaranteed ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 12 Weeks • Night Shift – 3x12 (19:00–07:00) • Every Other Weekend • Floating required • No Call Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Active Georgia RN license or Compact (required at submission) • Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience • BLS • ACLS • NIHSS • Must be comfortable with ventilators, titratable drips, and neuro critical care • RTO (Max 7 days) must be submitted with profile Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
