ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Surgery RN for a 14-week travel assignment in Augusta, Georgia. This role supports a 5-room surgical suite performing retina surgery, total joints, hand surgery, breast oncology/reconstruction, ENT, laparoscopic procedures, podiatry, and general surgery cases. Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent intraoperative circulator experience. First-time travelers accepted. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 14-Week Contract • Day Shift – 4x9 (Varied start times) • Typical shifts: 6:00–3:30, 6:30–4:00, 8:00–5:30, 8:30–6:00 • 1:4 Ratio • 5 OR Rooms | Avg Census 18 • No scheduled weekends • No call (may stay late based on case volume) • Rare floating within scope COMPENSATION Strong weekly travel compensation package available. Tax-advantaged stipends and full breakdown provided during recruiter consultation. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Active Georgia RN license or Compact license (required at submission) • Minimum 1 year recent OR circulator experience • BLS (ACLS preferred) • RTO (Max 7 days) must be listed at submission • Must be available to complete onboarding within 48 hours of signing

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting a 5-room surgical suite performing various procedures including retina surgery, total joints, hand surgery, and general surgery cases. The Registered Nurse will function as an intraoperative circulator for the duration of the 14-week travel assignment.
