With a commitment to creating unforgettable travel experiences and providing exceptional levels of service, we are looking for Experienced Travel Consultants with proven track records and the right attitude to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel planning services to our esteemed guests, as well as providing advice on destinations, activities, and any other related topics.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the industry, excellent customer service skills, and a high level of expertise in curating unique and customized travel experiences that exceed our clients’ expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of travel consulting experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English (French is an asset).
• Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations, with knowledge of the North American travel market, an asset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid work authorization.

JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO):

• Utilize strong sales skills to promote travel packages and close deals.
• Create customized travel plans based on clients’ needs and budgets.
• Offer expert advice to enhance clients’ vacation experiences and ensure great value.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Use preferred suppliers to book travel and manage reservations.
• Handle all travel booking paperwork and keep organized client records.
• Address customer complaints professionally and effectively.
