Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our GCC outbound travel business. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales experience, deep knowledge of GCC travel markets, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for GCC markets
  • Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead conversion
