As a Groups Specialist you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing group travel arrangements while delivering an excellent experience for our clients travel agency partners. This role involves handling all aspects of group bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation, liaising with airlines, and acting as the main point of contact for agents from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
The Groups Specialist will prepare tailored quotes and itineraries, ensure accurate confirmations and documentation, manage payments, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within group travel packages.
