REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum three years experience, preferably in Luxury and Worldwide specialist travel sales
· Demonstrable success in developing a database of clients and converting warm leads into high-value bookings
· Be service and detail orientated
· Be confident in engaging with clients at events, both in-store and within the local community
· Be comfortable working to structured sales targets
· Be confident discussing luxury hotels, suppliers and cruise lines
· Confident representing the brand to local businesses at networking events
THE ROLE:
Within this role your primary focus will be building brand awareness and converting enquiries into confirmed sales. You’ll be experienced in creating worldwide tailormade itineraries, managing complex requests, and confident in upselling sales and extras to maximise both service and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build brand awareness
· Develop new leads
· Convert new enquiries in person, by telephone & email, according to client preferences
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
· Achieve high booking values while maintaining healthy profit margins
· Follow up diligently on all warm leads with a strong focus on conversion
· Proactively upsell premium experiences, room upgrades, and added services
· Develop long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
· Create and maintain supplier relationships to both assist client retention and generate marketing support
· Maintain accurate CRM records to track client preferences and sales progress
· Maintain product knowledge both through commercial relationships and attending supplier events
· Maintain a well-presented office, ensuring marketing and visual equipment is relevant and accurate
