Role Overview The Travel Support Advisor assists clients throughout the travel planning process by providing timely support, coordinating arrangements, and helping ensure a smooth and organized experience. This role focuses on communication, accuracy, and dependable follow-through. Key Responsibilities Provide support to clients with travel-related questions and requests Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities Review itineraries and booking details for accuracy Communicate updates, confirmations, and important travel information Support adjustments or changes to existing travel plans Maintain clear and organized client records Qualifications Strong communication and customer support skills High attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines Comfortable working with online tools and booking platforms Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus Work Environment Fully remote position Flexible schedule based on client and service needs Training & Support Training and onboarding provided Ongoing access to support and resources Compensation Compensation based on experience and performance Additional details will be discussed during the hiring process Application Process Submit your application to be considered.
