Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding travel support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communication channels. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems. Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to enhance support quality. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in travel support, customer service, or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
