Description Responsibilities: 1A.) Manage projects to be profitable 1B.) Give oversight and direction to Electricians 1C.) Manage relationships with GC Superintendent when Senior Foreman is not available 1D.) Assist in developing Electricians 1E.) Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with agreed upon timelines Targets: Assist Forman or complete in the absence of the foreman: Record and report daily reports to Home Office, provide guidance, coaching, and appropriate follow-up for site crew Routine in-person coaching of site crew Review, implement, and coach crew to comply with SECO manuals, OSHA and industry standards Help field staff solve problems towards completion of projects on time and under budget Assess and coordinate daily activities for staff Engage with crew, General Contractors, and temporary staff in a manner that is consistent with SECO expectations Provide constructive criticism and support to all crew members Proactively communicate material and labor needs Communicate regularly (weekly) with General Contractors and communicate any timeline changes to the Project Manager/Foreman Apply here: https://app.meetladder.com/e/SECO-of-Georgia/Traveling-Commercial-Electrical-Lead-Southeast-USA-8d8zCt2SGs
