Description Rock Pros USA is seeking a skilled Traveling Dozer / Excavator Operator to support quarry and crushing operations at multiple sites across Arizona, including Mesa, Superior, Florence, Marana, and others. This hands-on role requires safe, efficient operation of dozers and excavators, a strong team-player mindset, and a willingness to assist with plant and site tasks as needed. Primary responsibilities include: Operating dozers and excavators to move material, support stockpiles, and maintain production flow Assisting in loading crushers, feed areas, and plant operations as required Supporting plant tasks such as unclogging crushers, changing screens, and general cleanup Reporting to the site foreman as instructed, as needed to meet production requirements, at various location Performing additional labor or equipment support tasks as directed Additional equipment operation may be assigned based on experience, including loaders, hammer hoes, and haul trucks. Requirements What We’re Looking For 2–3 years heavy equipment operation experience (dozers, excavators, loaders, etc.) Experience in quarry, mining, or crushing environments preferred Willingness to operate multiple types of equipment as assigned Commitment to safety and compliance with MSHA and company safety protocols Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Positive work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications: Active MSHA certification (or ability to obtain/refresh) Experience in crushing or aggregate operations Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment maintenance knowledge
