Candidates must have prior proven data center project experience and demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Compensation: (depending on experience) -Crew Support: $15 – $20 / Hr. -Apprentice 1 (1+ year proven experience): $22 – $25 / Hr. -Apprentice 2 (2+ years proven experience): $26 – $29 / Hr. -Journeyman (7+ years proven experience): $30 – $38 / Hr. -Foreman (7+ years & ability to manage up to 10 manpower): $40 – $50 / Hr. Per Diem, Retention Bonus, and Payment Incentives: $$$ -$120 / Day (paid out 7 days per week) OR Housing -$5.00 Additional an hour. Retention Bonus Payment Schedule: -Standard: 6/10s -Overtime: Available -Project Length: 1 year with additional steady work Benefits: -Close-knit, team-oriented work environment -Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance -401K with employer contribution -Retention Bonus Opportunities -Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays -Competitive pay, steady hours, and strong travel support -Continuing education resources and opportunities Responsibilities: -Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with NEC standards. -Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. -Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, cable terminations, and panel installations. -Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a zero-incident work environment. -Work closely with foremen and project management to complete daily assignments on time. -Assist in mentoring apprentices (Journeyman/Foreman levels). -Document work completed and support inspections and testing. Skills and Qualification: -Experience: Proven Minimum 2 years of Data Center electrical experience, (all roles). -Licensing: Must hold a valid TX electrical license (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master.) -Skills: Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and electrical systems. -Tools & Equipment: Must have basic hand tools and PPE.
