BM Rosendahl is the Business Unit of the Battery Machines Business. We are looking for a dedicated Traveling Field Service Technician to provide on-site service and technical support to our key customers at their production sites across the United States. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Midwestern region, with occasional travel to Mexico, Brazil, and Austria. As part of the BM-Rosendahl team, you will become a technical subject matter expert for BM manufacturing solutions and equipment. Tasks Service, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery Install and commission machines and upgrades Train operators and support customers on-site Report on machine performance and service activities Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards Customer sites are primarily located in the Midwest, with a few additional locations in Mexico and Brazil. Weekly travel schedules will be planned in advance by the BM team in Austria, based on customer needs. You will coordinate daily activities independently with customers and BM-Rosendahl. Initial technical training, onboarding, and machine FATs/run-offs (pre-commissioning) will take place at BM-Rosendahl headquarters in Pischelsdorf, Austria.
