You’ll be responsible for hands-on installation work and job site preparation that directly impacts project timelines and overall quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: • Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipment • Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials • Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation • Assist with material inventory and job site logistics • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Travel frequently to project sites, including overnight staysQualificationsWhat You BringYou’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
