We are looking to hire a Traveling Operations Specialist/Area Manager to provide support to an assigned portfolio. The position will require travel of at least approximately 50% and will include extended stays at an assigned community on occasions up to 2 weeks.
This individual is responsible for leading and supporting sales, leasing and operational efforts across the assigned portfolio of communities. It will require a strong focus on sales techniques, including relationship building and overcoming objectives, marketing strategies, coaching, and leadership.
