Position Overview: We are seeking Pediatric Dental Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators and Receptionists to support our pediatric dental office operations on Sundays. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and service. Pediatric Dental Assistant Responsibilities: * Assist the dentist during dental procedures. * Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. * Take and develop dental X-rays. * Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices. * Maintain accurate patient records. Receptionist Responsibilities: * Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar. * Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries. * Process patient check-ins and check-outs. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities: * Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth patient flow. * Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. * Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries. * Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. * Provide support to the dental team as needed.
