This role is essential to supporting high-quality periodontal care across multiple offices. You will play a key part in maintaining consistency, training other dental assistants, and ensuring each location is fully prepared for periodontal procedures. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and prepare patients for periodontal treatments Assist the periodontist with 4-handed dentistry, surgical setups, and perio procedures Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment Manage and order supplies for the traveling perio kit Communicate supply needs to each office Complete lab tasks as instructed Provide post-operative instructions Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked operatories Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Requirements Qualifications: Experience Required: 2 years of Dental Assisting experience Communication: Strong communication skills with patients, teams, and office leadership Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of health & safety regulations Ready to Elevate Your Career?
