Description

Offer Accept has partnered with a rapidly growing general contractor in search of a Construction Project Manager to oversee interior build-out projects across Florida. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, budget management, and client-facing communication skills, along with a proven ability to deliver commercial construction projects on time and within scope.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida for project oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial interior build-outs, preferably in the retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and applicable building codes.
  • Experience managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to project challenges.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and provide consistent progress updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and identify areas for cost efficiency without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal staff to ensure smooth execution of all phases.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders to support collaboration and success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and jurisdictional requirements throughout all project phases.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and change orders.
  • Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring that all adjustments are clearly communicated, documented, and approved.
  • Lead final closeout efforts including punch lists, inspections, and handover to clients.
