Description Traveling Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Mosaic Dental Collective Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented traveling Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team of oral healthcare professionals. . Whether you're taking x-rays, prepping rooms, or offering a calm word to a nervous patient, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our care exceptional. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration 2+ years of RDA experience preferred Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients. Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team. Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
