Role Profile We have a requirement for a Site Manager to join us to work on a variety of projects across the USA. We're looking for someone that has significant experience working with on-site construction teams in a Project Management or Site Management role. You'll also need to have worked in the Commercial Interiors sector, ideally within Office interiors or Workspace Development. Responsibilities include but not limited to Attend weekly update meetings on-site with the client and sub-contractors. Work closely with the design team to communicate any changes required by the client. Coordinate and attend sub walk-throughs for the Site Superintendent, ensuring proper representation from all subs and accurate documentation of all developments. Paperwork and process flow management, using Vista or another alternative PM software. Document site progress and proactively identify any past, current, and potential future issues. Update project schedules to ensure plans are on track and meet our client commitments and effectively managing clients when there are disruptions to the schedule. Pitch in as needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team. Contribute to our culture of equality, creativity and innovation, thinking outside the box, and continuous learning across the board. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 2+ Years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Site Manager on construction projects, ideally within the commercial fit-out sector. Experience working on office or commercial space fit-out projects with full range of subcontractors. Experience working very closely with a wide range of internal teams, including Design, Pre-Construction, and Sales. Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades, from initial tender through to delivery. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Construction Project Management software, Vista and Procore. A commitment to client experience and excellence across the board. Passionate about the efficiencies of the workplace design process. A results driven, proactive, problem solving, collaborator Highly organized, deadline driven, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. What We Offer We're able to offer a very competitive rate for this role. You'll need to be based in the USA, and you will be assigned to a location for the durations of a project with temporary housing costs covered for on-site work 5 days a week and will also need appropriate certifications to back up your experience. Responsibilities

The Site Manager will attend weekly update meetings with clients and subcontractors, coordinate site walk-throughs, and manage project schedules. They will document site progress and proactively identify issues to ensure client commitments are met.
