KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives (planning, cost, quality, performance)
  • Highlight the critical paths and risks linked to the development schedule
  • Propose and animate the optimisation & mitigation actions
  • Contribute with the development schedule to ensure compliance of the project strategy
  • Propose the development schedule baseline and ensure its acceptance by all Project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments and manage the schedule interfaces
  • Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues.
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • You hold a Master Degree in Engineering and/or technical background is desirebale
  • You have 2 years relevant project planning experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • You are a hands on organising person
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You represent excellent customer focus
  • You are proactive and can respond to pressing issues and challenges with agility
  • Strong knowledge and use of Primavera
  • Proficient in English and German languages
